| The
APFPM will be managed by a Steering Committee comprised
of a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretariat
which will rotate between participating countries
every two years.
The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson will be
elected from the National Representatives of each
country. Each country will nominate one National
Representative, without limiting other individuals'
participation in activities including annual meetings/forums.
The Secretariat will be volunteered by a country
and rotated every two years. The inaugural Secretariat
will be delivered by AIPM and managed through
the AIPM National Office in Sydney, Australia
